Nose
Apple turnover, honey and a touch of jammy orange. Apple pie with caramelised demerara sugar topped pastry, jaffa cake orange, cardamom pods, sugar puffs with almond milk.
Palate
Brown sugar, black pepper and cardamom spiciness, cider apple. White grapefruit, marzipan and cake icing, barley water squash, peppery oak and apple bon bons.
Finish
Still enjoyably spicy on the finish. Iced apple danish, glazed pastries, fresh grapefruit dusted with sugar and white pepper, pear cider and a fizzy and sweet spice finish.
