Nose
Huge notes of fresh rockmelon and orange blossom honey with stonefruit and a great minerality.
Palate
More big melon with a more honeydew tone on the palate, similar to the nose except with slightly more oak and very light cassia bark; just gorgeous.
Finish
Bright blossom honey, lingering melon and old malt sweetness balanced beautifully with a touch more oak.
