Description

A former malt distillery that was located in Inverness, neighbouring the Glen Albyn distillery. It was built in 1894 by Mackinlay's & Birnie before eventually being acquired by the Distillers Company in 1972. It was closed in 1983 and the site demolished three years later. Perhaps one of Scotland's most important whisky companies, Gordon & MacPhail is a historic blender, independent bottler and distiller. This particular bottling is a rare expression from the long-closed Glen Mhor distillery.
