Nose
very fresh indeed, with pleasant honey, sweet barley and lots of yellybeans. Pineapple cubes. Hints of raspberry bubblegum, some floral / grassy notes and ginger. Vanilla. Light waxy touches. Rather summery, but very vivid with decent complexity.
Palate
same vibrant character. Citrus, sherbety notes, tinned pears. Ginger again, pepper, star anise. Spearmint. Hints of paraffin. A nice combination of fruits and spices, modern but it works well, especially during a heat wave.
Finish
medium, focused on barley, lemons and oak spices.
