Description

A single cask Scotch whisky from Thompson Bros, matured in a first fill bourbon barrel and bottled at cask strength. On the nose this dram has aromas of wildflowers, apple crumble and manuka honey, which leads to notes of cookie dough, ginger tea and lemon verbena on the palate.
