Nose
Sweet and spicy notes of fig, cinnamon and peppercorn transcend into a deep, rich Amarone cherry liqueur.
Palate
Sweetened sugar and notes of chocolate fade to reveal a burst of red cherry.
Finish
Fresh green peppercorns linger - with a slight acidity underlined with a tannic, lip-drying influence.
