- Full-bodied aroma with crisp saltiness, perfumed floral notes, sweet honey, and salted caramel. Hints of balsamic, date and walnut cake, old leather, Madeleine cakes, and sea spray. Also notes of vanilla, condensed milk, red berries, vanilla pudding, sweet pastries with powdered sugar.

- An incredibly smooth and rich, oily and chewy palate with an explosion of flavors. Fruity notes of apricots, pineapple, plump sultana, citrus peels (orange and lemon), and red fruits like raspberry and candied strawberry. Sweetness from thick sweet toffee, syrup sponge, dates, butterscotch, caramel, and baking sugars. Spices, cracked pepper, a whiff of dirty smoke, and a savory note like soy sauce are also present.
- Finish
- Long and dry with gentle warming spice and lingering pepper notes. Dirty mushroom and subtle funk linger, along with some wood smoke. Tannins build, with vanilla, cream, toasted sugars, and caramel coming forward.
