Briney raisins coated in honey. Funky nutty notes, with the merest touch of charred rubber.
Palate
Sweet chewy raisins, wheaty biscuits and a coastal breeze.
Finish
Raspberry jam but with an elegant touch of citrus. Followed by roasted meats, a tease of cheese on toast, then a long caramel/toffee character. After some time we also found liquorice and cherry.
