- Loads of sweet gingerbread spice up front: ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Fresh orange, floral touch, crisp apple, cherry, sweet butterscotch, and a hint of coffee grounds.
- Palate
- Nutty and bourbon-y. Ginger spice, flowers, lime, soft rounded fruit, malt, dry hay, and a luscious buttery note. Builds to very bourbon-y dry oak, sweet caramel, nuts, and an earthier sweetness like pumpkin.
- Finish
- Nutty and off-sweet. Citrusy, floral black tea (Earl Grey), a touch of peanut, bitter malt, and a bit of vegetal sweetness. Medium with vanilla bean and ginger cookies.
