A malt distillery in Speyside that forms part of the Diageo Scotch whisky holdings. Rarely seen as a single malt, its output is mostly reserved for blends and it forms an important part of the recipe for the J&B brand. This particular bottling, 'Chapter Eleven: Ghost,' is an independent bottling by Fable Whisky, part of a series that brings Scottish myths to life through art and storytelling. It was distilled in 2010 and matured for 12 years, bottled in 2022 at 61.8% ABV. This release of 670 bottles was drawn from a refill butt cask. It is non-chill filtered and has natural color. The 'Ghost' chapter represents the Glen Spey distillery, which is rumored to be home to a ghost.
