Description

The GlenAllachie 17 Year Old Distillery Exclusive is a rich and complex single malt, matured in ex-Solera Sherry Casks and bottled at 58.1% ABV. It offers waves of heather honey, butterscotch and cinnamon, with notes of orange peel, mocha and ginger on the nose. The Solera system used for this whisky has been in place for 55 years, with five antique butts previously maturing rich Pedro Ximenez sherry. This release was only available by visiting the distillery gift shop.
