Glenallachie distillery was built by Mackinlays in 1967 to meet the demands of its blends. In its short history it has passed through the hands of Invergordon Distillers and Pernod-Ricard. During this period the focus was always on the provision of blends. A Speyside malt distillery located in the town after which it is named. It was built in 1967 by Mackinlay-McPherson and was traded around several notable distilling companies before being sold to Billy Walker in 2017. Under current ownership, its single malt has emerged as a well-respected brand. This particular release is a 2005 Single Sherry Cask 13 Year Old, cask #901037.
