Description

The fourth batch of GlenAllachie's 10-year-old cask strength single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 56.1%. This limited edition release was crafted from a combination of Pedro Ximenez, Oloroso, and Virgin Oak casks, specially selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker. It was named the World's Best Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards 2021. The whisky is non-chill filtered and has natural color.

Dark chocolate, vanilla pods and treacle, with rich notes of orange peel and cinnamon.
Palate
Lashing of raisins, treacle and dark chocolate, with layers of heather honey, cinnamon and orange peel.
Finish
Bitter orange peel, but the spices remain. A soft note of cocoa powder too.
