Description

Built in 1891, Glenallachie distillery didn't begin production until 1898. The Glenallachie distillery was bought and mothballed by Invergordon Distillers in 1985. In 2017, Billy Walker, Graham Stevenson, and Trisha Savage acquired the distillery. This 8-year-old single cask expression, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2024, was matured in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead and selected exclusively for the Independent Whisky Bars of Scotland.
