Description

Founded in 1992 by Brian Cook, The Vintage Malt Whisky Company set out with the aim to produce a range of malt whiskies from the country's finest distilleries and to present them to independent importers worldwide. The company is perhaps best known for its Cooper's Choice range of single cask bottlings paying homage to the craftsmen who made the perfect casks by exploring cask finishes. This Glenallachie 'Summer Fruits' was initially matured in American oak before being finished in a ruby port cask.

Finish
Fresh berries and white chocolate, followed by grape skin and earthy cinnamon. The finish is short but pleasant.
