Nose
very herbal, with lots of tea, getting quite spicy (clove and white pepper). Otherwise quite simple, getting a bit too grainy and yeasty.
Palate
Flower jellies, dried pineapple and guava, fresh tropical fruits... How good! Astonishingly nervous after more than 25 years in its bottle. Develops on quince jelly... It's all excellent.
