Nose
Abundant dark, polished fruits like cherries, cranberries, tangerines, and mirabelles, with notes of orange, cherry liqueurs, plum skins, and chocolate-covered walnuts. Hints of leather, lacquer, plump raisins, spent espresso grounds, stem ginger, angelica, bonfire toffee, and cocoa-dusted truffles.
Palate
Luxuriant and complex, with brambles, black cherries, cranberries, and treacle toffee. Strong notes of cocoa, chocolate, almonds, vanilla, oak, and oily raisins. Intense berry sweetness, figs, cherry syrup, Demerara, deep oak, pepper, and mocha.
Finish
Medium to long, with lingering chocolate, oak, toffee, and a slight hint of cinnamon spice. Baking spice, tannic oak, caramel, and chili-infused chocolate.
