Rich, earthy, with chocolate dates, mince pie, toasted hazelnuts, walnuts, sultanas, black cherries, dried figs, plum compote, wood polish, and coffee beans.
Palate
Dense and sweet, with plump sultanas, dark chocolate, chilli, rich dark fruits, mulled wine, fruitcake, wood spices (cloves), and earthy overtones.
Finish
Very long, with ricotta cheese, fresh plums, fruity sweetness transforming to floral, honey/maple syrup, walnut, and a gentle whisper of smoke.
