Nose
Honey, vanilla, cantaloupe, grapefruit, and dry charred driftwood. Elegant and austere with notes of fresh grass, walnut husk, furniture polish, antique patina, unripe apricot, orange, and donuts. Also, citrus fruits like lemon, lime, and a hint of candlewax.
Palate
Intense and fruity with light spices, oak, orange sweetness, and wood bark. Notes of green spearmint, herbs, rocket salad, apricot, lemon acidity, milk chocolate, yellow apple, hay barn, and greaseproof paper. Gloopy and thick, with citrus fruits, green apples, pear, and layers of baking spices.
Finish
Sweet with tingly oak spices, malty, lingering, and soft. Medium long, dry, clean, with orange and dry hay. Fruits slowly fade, leaving a vanilla note.
