- Sherry (clear), brown butter, fresh grass, a little peach, a little too much distillery scent.
- Palate
- First a mild, sweet base note, then quickly becoming tinglingly sharper, chili-malt mixture. Interesting is the lemony touch that tingles a bit sour.
- Finish
- Long, again mild sherry notes, then a hint of old wood, later alcoholically invigorating without burning much, does a pinch of smoke come through?
