Description

Considered among the finest of the Speyside malt distilleries and one of the few of its age to still be family-owned. J&G Grant became its sole shareholders in 1898 and continue to run it in a traditional manner, notably using direct-fired stills to create a rich, weighty spirit. This Speyside classic stands out for its use of 100% sherry casks and its status as one of the few remaining family-owned distilleries in Scotland, allowing it to maintain traditional production methods and offer a high-quality spirit at a competitive price point. It offers a rich, sherried character that belies its relatively young age, delivering a complex and satisfying dram.
