Description

Considered among the finest of the Speyside malt distilleries and one of the few of its age to still be family-owned. J&G Grant became its sole shareholders in 1898 and continue to run it in a traditional manner, notably using direct-fired stills to create a rich, weighty spirit. This special Christmas Edition was distilled in December 2010 and bottled in 2022, making it a 12-year-old single malt. Matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks, it is a limited release of 5,400 bottles, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 46% ABV. It was primarily released for the German market.
