Description

Still in family hands since it was founded, Glenfarclas Distillery is one of Speyside's independent whisky producers. The Grant family has been running Glenfarclas since 1860, producing an individual Speyside malt. This 21 Year Old expression was released to celebrate the launch of SWA's exclusive Whisky FM radio channel. It is a stronger version of the typical 43% 21 Year Old Glenfarclas, offering loads of depth and a thick dram.

Full-bodied, rich, and rounded, developing slowly into fruity, smoky, and spicy flavors. Expect dark chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon, maple syrup, dried fruit, pineapple, plums, peaches, and raisins, with a thick, velvety coating.
Finish
Long-lasting, smooth, and smoky, with a chocolate feel. It has a medium to long spice, with lingering oak and sherry influence, and a bit tangy.
