Nose: Classic Oloroso sherry notes with dried oranges, raisins, figs, vanilla, honey, and a hint of mint. Also notes of cooked dark fruits like raspberry, strawberry, and cherry, with chocolate, coffee, and a touch of leather and tobacco.
Palate: Full-bodied and oily, with rich sherry flavors of prunes and dates, complemented by waves of sweeter vanilla, chocolate, and coffee. Dark chocolate and cocoa notes are prominent, alongside ripe orchard fruits, honey, nutmeg, and clove.
Finish: Quite dry and nutty, with a warm aftertaste of milk chocolate and fruit jam. Lingering notes of smoke and spices.
