Nose
Complex aroma. Ripe plum and red grape, vanilla, camphor and musk, from the back, light roasted coffee, baked brioche, a faint toastiness, cacao. When warmed by hand, a sweet marshmallow-like aroma.
Palate
Soft, aged malt body, with concentrated acidity and sweetness like griottine cherries and berry jam, ripe plum, herbs, and woody tannins.
Finish
Deep, pleasantly long finish, feeling more aged than its years. A wonderful classic sherry cask reminiscent of old times.
