Nose
Spicy and fruity aroma, pepper, prunes, nutmeg, polished leather, oil paint, orange zest and dry hay. Lots of sherry, very smooth and rich, spices and dark fruit, tropical notes (pineapple, mango).
Palate
Vanilla sweet taste, red apple, pepper, eucalyptus, ripe orange, grapefruit marmalade, liqourice and walnut. Dry, sherry.
Finish
Long, spicy, fruity and malty end. Very long, slight tannins, pepper, lots of oakey spices.
