Palate
Richly delivers luxurious dried fruit, candy peel, and dates, overlaid with elegant oak notes. Soft and sweet with apricot and apple flavors, followed by baking spices, orange peel, cherry, raisins, cinnamon, and ginger. Candied fruits and Glenfiddich freshness balance richer notes of dried apricot, toffee, and dry sherry.
Finish
Warming, rewarding, and distinguished. Honeyed apricot sweetness fizzles away as the drying sherry oak finish takes hold. Peels and a touch of salted toffee.
