- Initially soft, then brisk, vibrant and drying, peppery, a touch of smoke, oak, lime, ginger and spices. Full, fruitcake, buttery vanilla, malty, candied ginger, creamy, rich, luxurious, toffee, caramel, brown sugar, exaggerated vanilla, crisp red apple, tangy bittersweet orange zest, dried sultanas and figs, cinnamon, nutmeg, molasses, and bourbon-like sweetness.
- Finish
- Very long, warming, dry and spicy, with notes of mochaccino, marmalade, burnt sugar, toffee, bittersweet orange, sweet vanilla, dried fruitiness, drying wood spice, oak, maple, tobacco, light citrus, nougat, rum, and tropical fruits.
