Rich and expressive, with finely balanced oak, dried stewed fruits (plum, orange), cigar box spice, wild honey, lychee, florals, cocoa, espresso, malt, and rich sherry notes. Hints of sweet unrefined brown sugars, leather, tobacco, and vanilla-infused coffee.
Palate
Creamy, slightly oily texture, with spiced honey, dates, figs, dark chocolate, nutmeg, roasted nuts, Seville orange, and nougat. Balanced oak spice, sponge cakes, caramel wafers, raisins, coffee grounds, wild honey, toffee, and coconut shavings.
Finish
Medium-long and warming, with lingering oak spice, sweet tobacco, leather, dark chocolate, and a trace of ginger spice. Notes of walnut, grassiness, pencil shavings, and a profusion of drying oak.
