Description

The Glenfiddich 40 Year Old Release #16 is an exemplary single malt Scotch whisky, part of Glenfiddich's Rare Collection. It is crafted using a pioneering 'remnant vatting' process, where a portion of the previous 40-year-old bottling is carried over and married with new casks for each subsequent release, creating layers of accumulated flavor. This 16th release was bottled in 2019, with fewer than 1000 bottles released globally each year. Each bottle is individually numbered and presented in a hand-stitched calf-leather case with a leather-bound book detailing its history.
