Nose
Aroma is very pleasant. Rich and elegant, nutmeg, cinnamon, polished oak, baking chocolate, dried apricots and pears, honey, vanilla and a hint of leather polish.
Palate
This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Refined notes of sherry and oak, dark chocolate, dried plums, figs and raisins, honeyed almonds, nutmeg, hints of pepper and cedar.
Finish
Quite rich and lovely smooth texture. Quite long, with notes of dark chocolate, espresso, nutmeg, a bit of dried fruit and a pleasant oak bitterness.
