Nose
Clearly vinous, sour-sweet with clover, raisin, and old bicycle tires. Some sugary sweetness and fruitiness if sought. Heavily influenced by the cask's previous contents. A hint of salt.
Palate
Again very vinous, some alcohol sting, then grassy and clover.
Finish
Medium long, a bit 'off'.
