- Rich and intensely spiced nose with all kinds of stewed fruit. Hints of burnt sugar, candied peels, Christmas Pudding and brandy butter.

- Surprisingly rich and malty palate. Quite sweet and creamy with porridge oats, allspice and aniseed. Big sherry. Tannic and intense.
- Finish
- Medium-length, spicy finish.
