Sweet and well-balanced with juicy barley, toasted cereal, boiled sweets, calvados, cut herbs, apple blossom, winter spice, banoffee pie, cherries, blackberries, redcurrants, polished exotic wood, dusty books, pepper, cardamom, balsamic, linseed oil, bananas, fruit punch, nectarine, grapefruit, vanilla pod, and dry oak wood.
Palate
Light and firm with sweet cereals, juicy barley sugars, smooth oily oak, cut herbs, stemmy dried hay, intense sherry notes, raisins, blackberries, peppery notes, liquorice, clove, jammy fruitiness, pink grapefruit, tropical touches, liquorice, spicy sweetness, delicate lemon peel, light cashew, rich honeycomb sweetness, and light oak.
Finish
Oaked and long with a peppered warmth, dry and sweet, almond bitterness, aniseed, walnuts, a little vanilla, glazed orange, and sweet kaki.
