Description

The Glengoyne 30 Year Old joined the distillery's annual limited-release range in 2017. This 2021 release was aged for a minimum of 30 years in carefully selected sherry casks. Matured exclusively in hand-selected sherry casks for three decades in the distillery's dunnage warehouses, this limited release showcases the pinnacle of Highland single malt craftsmanship. Bottled non-chill-filtered and with its natural colour at 46.8% abv, this Highland single malt is a limited release, with approximately 5200 bottles produced. Glengoyne is renowned as the Highland distillery that matures its casks in the Lowlands, a quirk of its location. The barley is dried by air, never peat, and it is known for its slow distillation process.
