Nose
Toffee apples, fresh and dried fruit (apples and grape), licorice, vanilla cream and lemon zest. Fresh-cut wood develops with time. A wonderful aroma.
Palate
Medium- to full-bodied. A brilliant arrival of juicy, fruity malt is soon overtaken by tangy sherry. Some spices but overall pretty gentle. Becomes sour at the end.
Finish
Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
