Nose
Prominent brandy with tropical fruits and wood, caramel, vanilla, notes of cognac, grapes, overripe apples, and spicy notes.
Palate
Orchard fruit, herbs from the wood, apples, pears, grapes, toffee, peppers, sweet grapes, citrus, and a nice dash of pepper. Great balance with an association to good cognac.
Finish
Not very long but spicy, with fruit notes of mandarin and apple, and a hint of mustard. Complex and captivating.
