Palate
Initially a combination of mango jam, mulberries, and plums, gradually turning into kumquat jam, the appearance of spices reminds me of the volatile oil in orange peel. The astringency brought by the spiciness is heavier.
Finish
It's like eating an orange peel, spices dominate most of the finish, and the taste after swallowing is similar to the astringency brought by strong tea, but it comes and goes quickly.
