Rich and complex with notes of chewy sultanas, morello cherry, dried herbs, cooked fruits, apple crumble, and crème de cacao. Also, dark chocolate, white raisins, red fruits (strawberries, raspberries), oranges, sweet honey, caramel, barley, melon, pears, chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon, honeyed vanilla, baked orchard fruits, ripe apricot, toasted oak, spiced almonds, subtle floral notes, orange zest, butterscotch, delicate smoke, exotic wood, and Crème Brûlée.
Palate
Thick and smooth, featuring Sherried peels, sultanas, chewy toffee, walnut, and dried fruits. Flavors include silky leather, dark chocolate, caramelized brûlée, cinnamon, fresh fruits (pear, apples), tinned pineapple, tangerines, lavender, ripe pear, soft oak spice, gentle maltiness, nutmeg, spiced fruit, and toasted nuts.
Finish
Long and rich with winter spice. It is elegant, lingering, with a tad of citrus spice, hints of caramel, honey, floral notes, pineapple, strawberries, and enduring fruit and spice.
