Description

One of the best-known names in Speyside, The Glenlivet distillery was founded in 1859 by George Smith and remained family-owned until the 1970s when acquired by Seagram. It is today the crown jewel of the Pernod Ricard portfolio and one of the best-selling single malt brands globally. This 12-year-old single malt Scotch whisky represents The Glenlivet's signature style, matured in a combination of American and European oak casks. The double oak maturation process imparts vanilla notes and gives it a distinctive smoothness. It is known for its fruity and exceptionally well-balanced character.
