Nose
Heathery with fruit punch, orange segment, boiled sweet notes, gentle garden fruits (apple, pear, gooseberry), honey, and a little mint.
Palate
Incredibly smooth with vanilla, rum, intense orange flavours, sweet and fruity with stewed fruits, tangerine, orange sweets, a slight tropical edge, sweet barley notes, honey, yellow raisins, and clear oak with pepper, ginger, and clove.
Finish
Reminiscent of orange bitters with a dusting of spice, long with sweet fruits, vanilla, warming spices, and returning minty notes.
