Nose
A fresh, fruity nose that gives pleasant notes of banana, honey, vanilla, pear, and apple. This then gives way to a cereal note.
Palate
Soft and creamy, nice tannines from the oak. Fruity notes of pear and citrus. It tastes and feels milky and buttery.
Finish
Here comes the subtle smoked barley. The finish is creamy and sweet, lots of pear, citrusy candy, pistachio and toasted oak. It's a bit grainy and bitter on the tail.
