Description

One of the best-known names in Speyside, The Glenlivet distillery was founded in 1859 by George Smith. This is a 16-year-old Single Cask Edition named 'Baderonach', bottled in February 2017 from Cask #9941 at 58.4% ABV. This limited edition release yielded 624 bottles and was a Dutch exclusive.

Surprisingly fruity sweet at the start, before vanilla and wood spices take over. With water, loads of apricot and spices, with vanilla.
Finish
Incredibly hot but satisfying, with hints of menthol and liquorice wood. Long and tantalisingly spicy.
