This Glenlochy 1979 is part of Gordon & MacPhail's Private Collection and The Recollection Series No. 2. Glenlochy was a Western Highland distillery built in 1898, which operated until 1983 before being demolished in 1992. Gordon & MacPhail, a renowned independent bottler, has released this single cask whisky from the now-closed distillery as part of their series featuring rare whiskies from 'silent distilleries'.
