Soft caramel, golden sultanas, orange zest, and toasted almonds. Subtle spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, along with a touch of oak and leather adding depth. Aromas of rich dried fruits such as figs, raisins and prunes, layered with notes of sweet sherry.
Palate
Stewed fruits, nutmeg, honeycomb, and hints of dry sherry. Medium to full-bodied with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with sweet sherry flavours. A warm, spicy character enhances the complexity, with hints of clove or allspice.
Finish
Elegant and lingering with spice, oak, and sweet malt. The oak and spice gradually fade, leaving a satisfying and elegant finish.
