Description
A Speyside malt distillery that operates almost entirely in service of the blends Scotch brands of its owner, Diageo. While its single malt is regularly available from independent bottlers, the only permanent official release from the distillery has been its Flora & Fauna bottling. An iconic Italian importer and independent bottler, founded in Genoa in 1980 by Pepi Mongiardino. It is revered for its pioneering approach to the labelling and presentation of independent bottlings, particularly its use of serialised releases, many of which have become all-time classic collections. This Glenlossie 1966 was released by Moon Import as part of their 'The Costumes' series in 1988.
