Nose
Peculiar, leaning heavily towards rum, marmalade, sugar, sandalwood, apples, vanilla ice cream, and dessert wine, with a sweet-but-fresh profile.
Palate
A bite with woody tones, sweetness, dry wood spice, sherry influence, and wine gums, with a nice and thick mouthfeel.
Finish
Sherry becomes more apparent, with wood spice, dried fruits, and a warming sensation. Dessert wine makes a comeback, and sugar, honey, and waxiness linger.
