Description
One of the most recognisable names in Scotch whisky, Glenmorangie were quick out the gates to advertise and promote their Single Malt to a global audience as early as the 1960s. This 23-year-old single malt was distilled in 1963, matured for 22 years in oak casks (likely bourbon) and finished for another year in Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled in 1987. It is widely regarded as one of the best Glenmorangies ever bottled and was one of the first commercial whiskies to feature a stated vintage and a 'finish'.
