Description

A Highland malt distillery located near Tain along the Dornoch Firth. It was founded in 1843 and is today owned along with Ardbeg by the French multinational, LVMH. The distillery's primary focus is its single malt brand, renowned for being produced using Scotland's tallest pot stills. This rare 21-year-old Highland single malt was distilled in 1977 and matured in American oak barrels before being bottled in 1998. It is a limited edition bottling, noted for its elegant and complex character.
