Description

A Highland single malt whisky from Glenmorangie, this 12 Year Old expression is part of the distillery's pioneering wood finish program. It was initially matured in American oak casks for 10 years before being transferred to Madeira drums for a final period of finishing. This bottling was first released in 1995 and was part of a rebranding in 1999, with this style of packaging used until 2004, before being discontinued around 2007. It is considered a pre-LVMH acquisition bottling.
